Your stay at Ossipee Lake House will be in a fully furnished and
equipped 4,200 square foot vacation villa.
During your stay at Ossipee Lake House your water comes from our
exclusive private deep rock (artesian) well, not lake water, and is double
filtered to provide clear refreshing water without added chlorine or fluoride.
This superb water is like the premium bottled water sold in stores, only it comes
straight from our private deep rock well and directly out of the faucet to you.
Ossipee Lake House has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay except
for your food and some incidental items such as toiletries. For food and other items,
please consider using our Optional Provisioning Service. This service allows you to arrive
to a kitchen fully stocked with the food and beverages you select. When you arrive you will be able
to relax immediately with the food and beverages from your shopping list already available in the
refrigerator and cupboards.

- 5 bedrooms + bunk bed room provides beds for 12 guests -- no sleeping on sofas or trundle beds as required at many vacation rentals
- Ossipee Lake House supplies the sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, towels, and other linens to make your vacation comfortable and easy.
- 4 bathrooms, two on each floor.
- Ossipee Lake House supplies quality Shampoo, Conditioning Rinse, and Shower Gel in all bathing areas
- Alarm clocks in all bedrooms
- Master bedroom has a king size brass bed
- 2 bedrooms have queen beds, one on the first floor, one on the second floor
- 2 bedrooms each have two full size twin beds (total of four twin beds)
- The bunk bed room has a bunk bed with twin beds. These full size twin mattresses rest on slats and are best suited for kids and grandkids.
- Great room sofas (2): We do not include these in the list of sleeping spaces, however they are our favorite sleeping spots. Sleeping on them in the summer with the sliding glass doors to the deck open and the screens closed is almost like camping as the cool lake breeze comes in along with calls of the loons on the lake. Sleeping on the sofas in front of a fire in the winter is magical.

- Parking -- Large driveway directly to entrance for convenience and lots of parking. Parking in front on very lightly used Long Sands Road. No Garage.
- RV parking: large driveway can accommodate a modest RV. Size is limited by ability to turn between lamp posts at driveway entrance and the width of Long Sands Road. No RV parking on Long Sands Road that interferes with free flow of traffic.
- Security -- Modern Electronic Lock with Easy-to-use Keypad -- you will get an exclusive access code so that you do not need to keep track of keys or worry about losing them.
- Emergency lighting in all bathrooms and kitchen and laundry room -- if the power goes out then emergency lights plugged into outlets come on. The emergency lights in the bathrooms and kitchens provide enough light to complete activities safely. The lights in the bathrooms and kitchen unplug and can be used as emergency flashlights. The light in the laundry room is a powerful lantern. PLEASE--DO NOT USE THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FRIVILOUSLY.

- Kid Friendly Lake: Our children and grandchildren have tremendously enjoyed the lake at Ossipee Lake House with its smooth naturally sandy and gently sloping bottom.
- Please carefully supervise children at all times when they are in the water.
- Please be alert when children are on the balcony overlooking the great room by the upper bedrooms and when children are on the deck -- it is above the ground level.
- Climbing stairs is required to enter Ossipee Lake House at all of the doors.
- Smoking is Not Allowed on the premises (neither indoors nor outdoors)
